In April 2016, AS Watson Group’s CRM and Digital teams hosted the biennial Think Customer Conference, a three-day workshop held in the UK & Hong Kong.
The conference brought business units together to build a 360⁰ customer strategy across CRM, eCommerce and Marketing channels.
Guest speakers from Unilever, Apple, KPMG and youngsters representing the Gen-Z “digital natives” shared their vision and thoughts on the future of branding, customer excellence, mobile and commerce. The productive conference was capped off with an awards ceremony to celebrate successful cases in eCommerce and CRM.
