As part of this mission, we aim to provide 200,000 job opportunities and commit 5 million training hours to upskill our young people globally by 2030. And we’re going to do this by opening our doors for young people to learn and develop their careers so that they can cope with a fast-changing business landscape and to kickstart their careers in retail.
