We’ve pledged to provide 200,000 job opportunities and 5 million hours of training for young people globally by 2030, offering opportunities, skills and experiences to equip them for the fast-changing business landscape in retail.

Over the years, AS Watson has always been passionate about serving our community to fulfil social purposes relevant to local community needs. We strive to engage our global community of loyal customers and colleagues in creating a healthier and more sustainable world.

Additionally, AS Watson has partnered with Operation Smile to launch its “Give a Smile” global sustainability programme, which aims to put a smile on the faces of children who were born with a cleft lip and palate.
