AS Watson has gathered its People Teams' leaders together in Guangzhou and Hong Kong for a 3-day Global People Summit. The summit aims to create a sense of community where participants can openly discuss topics and identify best practice solutions, maximising their impact as a Global People team when facing challenges and turning insights into practical actions. The summit also explored the Mainland China market and took lessons for all business units on what could be on the horizon.
By the end of the summit, People Team Excellence Awards were presented to recognise our business units' efforts and initiatives in supporting the People Strategy across Asia and Europe.
