With an aim to constantly improve customer experience, Watsons Türkiye has partnered with Microsoft and started sharing all product barcodes with the tech giant to make shopping easier for visually impaired customers. Seeing AI is an app which helps visually impaired users identify all the visual elements around them via audio narration. The app recognises the images that users import from their phone’s camera with its artificial intelligence and describes, in audio, the object or person it detects.
