Superdrug has launched new accessibility features on its online store to make online shopping more inclusive for disabled customers. The new features allow users to adjust content, such as changing word or letter spacing, and the website's style, including saturation, contrast and colour reversal, to make it easier for people with dyslexia, visual impairments and colour blindness. Additional features include the ability to mute sound, stop animations and highlight text sections to assist customers with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Superdrug is committed to ensuring every customer can access its website with ease, regardless of their visual, hearing, physical or cognitive needs.
