The research described Kruidvat as a future-proof retailer, demonstrated excellent performance in customer services, and built customer loyalty in the ever-changing retail sector. The ability to generate online traffic and sales is also a key which Kruidvat has differentiated and outranked its competitors in the Netherlands.
