PARKnSHOP Yonghui is a joint-venture company formed by AS Watson Group, Yonghui Superstore, and Tencent. Combining the assets and individual strengths of three companies, PARKnSHOP Yonghui becomes one of the largest grocery retailers in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.

PARKnSHOP Yonghui has a wide store network with over 80 stores and implements dual-brand operation, with PARKnSHOP Yonghui Bravo and PARKnSHOP Yonghui TASTE operating under one roof. The first PARKnSHOP Yonghui supermarket was officially launched in June 2019 in the Sunac Land Mall, Huadu, Guangzhou, spanning over 7,000 square meters with over 10,000 quality products from around the world.

Adding to the strong national and local sourcing capabilities of Yonghui and extensive store network and strong brand equity of PARKnSHOP, Tencent also brings in its latest technology to further enhance the O+O businesses development of PARKnSHOP Yonghui. The stores adopt new retail technologies such as Scan&Go and self check-out systems to bring convenient and innovative in-store shopping experience to customers.
