Before joining PARKnSHOP, I ran a cosmetic and beauty business, but the global pandemic had a significant impact on it. In search of a more stable income, I joined PARKnSHOP as a part-time customer service assistant in 2021 and later transitioned to a full-time role.
Despite the significant change in job nature, I quickly received promotion opportunities thanks to the guidance and support of my colleagues. I was recommended by the sales operations manager to study the trainee manager programmes and the retail management programme, which is equivalent to Level 4 of the Qualifications Framework. Within two years, I advanced from a part-time customer service assistant to a management position, and I am sincerely grateful for the training and support provided by the company.
