As the Director of Customer Intelligence and Loyalty, DataLab, I’m now leading the teams to work on Customers Analytics (both CRM & research) at Group and BU level. Through the use of data and analytics, it allows me to gain insights and turn them into regional O+O plans and tools that drive stronger loyalty among our Watsons members. I have keen interest in Maths and Statistics since university, and always love working with numbers. In this role, I can further convert these data and paint a picture of what our customers want.
My job is really challenging, fun and fruitful, and I have plenty of opportunities to collaborate with other teams in Asia and Europe to drive different Group’s initiatives. The best thing about working for AS Watson, a retail giant, is its rapid advancements and adoption of technologies. We always get the chance to learn new things and being encouraged to stay curious, to dig deeper on various matters.
