I grew up in Southwest London and followed the traditional educational path. My journey took a remarkable turn when I joined AS Watson as a finance associate. I was drawn in by the warmth and genuine interest of the people here, which was so different from what I expected in a large multinational.
My role has taken me around the world, working on diverse projects and learning from experts across the business. I am passionate about raising awareness of neurodiversity, having been diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD myself. AS Watson’s inclusive environment has empowered me to speak up, seek accommodations, and help others do the same. I have been able to drive sustainability initiatives and deliver training on neurodiversity in the workplace. Here, everyone is encouraged to be themselves, and I am grateful for the opportunities to grow, learn, and make a positive impact.
