In line with the Global Smile Campaign, AS Watson Industries launched a Smile Day to promote a culture of happiness and foster positivity among colleagues. Smile packs were gifted to all colleagues accompanied by comedic clown performances to create a happy working environment. To promote positive energy, colleagues wrote down compliments and words of appreciation on bananas and gave them to each other.
