FORTRESS collaborated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church Hong Kong for the fifth year to bring about its Student Mentorship Programme. This year, 17 students from Yuen Long Catholic Secondary School participated in the 5-day summer placement in FORTRESS stores to experience the operation and learn practical knowledge of the retail industry. They were also taught about sales techniques, customer service and interview skills. In just a few days, students have more ideas for the coming challenges in their career.
