Taking a new approach to communications Superdrug promises a whole new ballgame

20th June sees Superdrug officially launch its latest beautiful product exclusively for its Health & Beautycard loyalty card members… a SIM only mobile phone plan which is designed to be simple and great value at just £10 a month. Superdrug’s research shows that when it comes to choosing a mobile phone plan customers are looking for simplicity, and a service with no strings attached.

When customers sign up to Superdrug Mobile there is no contract, unlimited calls and texts, a mighty 4GB of data every month, and any unused data is simply rolled over for an extra month. Superdrug mobile’s network is powered by Three.

Available to all those holding a Health & Beautycard, members who sign up will also receive double points on their Superdrug shopping and will also get the cost of their first month’s plan back in points.

Those that love to stream can top up their 4GB a month data allowance by paying £2 for an additional 1GB, £3 for an additional 2GB and £5 for an additional 4GB.

Bhavik Davda, Superdrug Head of Health & Beautycard comments: “We are always looking at ways that useful and great value and are delighted to offer this new mobile phone network.

“Offering the service without a contract, allowing people to leave at any point, will give customers the freedom and transparency they’re looking for, while the added extra of getting your first month’s payment back in points allows members to give the service a try at no risk.”

Superdrug prides itself on offering its customers the best possible customer service and is proud to have been placed in UK Customer Satisfaction Index top ten. This same level of customer service will be offered to Superdrug Mobile customers.
