Superdrug comes top amongst the health and beauty retailers and ranks no.1 in the pure-play retail sector in UK Customers Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) this year, despite unprecedented impact of Covid-19 on retail industry.
Superdrug won the highest customer satisfaction in the industry sector with a satisfaction score of 81.5, overall score increased by +1.9 compared to the previous year and saw a boost of more than 40 places.
During the pandemic, Superdrug took innovative and agile measures to ensure customers safety and well-being and strived to provide customers with the much-needed health and personal hygiene supplies, which are highly valued and satisfied by our customers.
The annual poll conducted by the Institute of Customer Service measures customer service in the UK, with the results from a survey of 10,000 consumers published twice a year. Customers are asked about different aspects of brands, including customer ethos, the experience they offer, ethics and complaints handling.
