An internal project was kicked off for staff of Watsons Ukraine, encouraging employees to give thanks to each other in different ways – through cards, e-mail, the education portal and even on Facebook. Nearly 400 cards with warm thanks and sincere words have since been sent, boosting relationships and workplace bonding.
