Watsons Türkiye won the title of “Most Reputable Loyalty Programme of The Year”, it recognised the efforts of Watsons Türkiye on customer relationship management, which has successfully sustained consumers’ loyalty and confidence.
Jointly organised by the Marketing Türkiye magazine and customer research company Akadenetre, “The ONE Integrated Marketing Awards” evaluated reputation and equity performance of different brands. This year, the research was conducted among 1,200 people in 12 cities, and the brands which have increased their reputation most were awarded.
Meanwhile, Watsons Türkiye also received the Best Retailer in Personal Care Award from Shopping Mall Investors Association.
