To promote healthy lifestyle and deliver our caring to those in need in our community, Watsons China collaborated with Zumba China to launch a series of health activities in 2016, among which were a sports accessories charity sale and a carnival-like, charitable Zumba Party, with 500 participants performed the unique “Watsons-style” Zumba dance together.
Watsons China and its suppliers also jointly donated RMB 1 million to launch a “step donation” project on WeChat, which managed to attract over 540,000 WeChat users to donate their steps to support the construction of Children’s Home Project by Sowers Action, the whole campaign has gained a total viewership of 2.15 million!
Zumba dance also proved popular among Watsons China staff! In an Internal Contest earlier this year, 264 teams of some 1,200 colleagues from 109 cities participated, showcasing the healthy rhythm of the Watsons’ lifestyle.
