Watsons China ran the Smile Campaign in 2016 to promote a culture of joy and spread cheer, where everyone and anyone could express their gratitude with a smile. Staff were encouraged to inspire their colleagues and customers with their warmest smiles and most positive attitude. They were also encouraged to show off their happy moments on social media.
