屈臣氏集團將注資逾三千七百萬美元 推動未來五年店網發展
屈臣氏集團昨天宣布旗下烏克蘭的「DC」健與美零售品牌,將改名為「屈臣氏」(Watsons),全線212家分店將以全新面貌經營。
屈臣氏是全球知名的保健及美容產品零售品牌之一,業務遍布11個亞洲市場,經營店舖超過2,200家。由3月10日起,正式登陸烏克蘭,向當地消費者提供優質產品及卓越服務。
亞洲領先的保健及美容產品零售連鎖店「屈臣氏個人護理店」自二○○八年中於各市場推出全新會員卡以來,持續引發消費者的熱烈追捧。據最新統計資料顯示,截至今年八月初,全亞洲會員人數即將邁向一千五百萬。較早前,中國屈臣氏已輕鬆突破一千萬會員。屈臣氏期望有更多的消費者加入成為會員,切身感受屈臣氏卡「購物另一伴」的體貼購物呵護。

2012年店數上看500家
台灣屈臣氏臺北西門店近期正式營運。該店矗立於年輕族群最常出入的西門町捷運出口,樓高四層、樓板面積近百坪,外觀顯眼,儼然成為西門商業區新地標。該店傳達了屈臣氏拓展門市版圖的企圖心,不只要展店數,空間概念、陳列規畫也要時時創新;隨時以顧客為中心,不斷超越顧客期待,以鞏固市場領導地位。
放眼2010年,台灣屈臣氏將投資新台幣5億以開設30家新店、升級改裝 220 家既有店為目標,預計2010年底前臺灣屈臣氏總店數將可達 430 家。除了展店與門市改裝之外,亦將投入新台幣 2億元全面更新升級POS 收銀、庫存管理及資料庫資訊系統,一方面與全球各地屈臣氏標準化配備看齊,更可進一步提簡化門市作業流程,以有更多的時間提供消費者與會員更好的服務品質。
