Three colleagues of our Group, including Ford Yin Fei Helen (Guest Relations Manager, Great – Pacific Place), Law Wing Shan (Senior Sales Advisor, Fotress – New Tai Po) and Wong Chi Hin (Sales Advisor, Fotress – New Town Plaza), won the “Outstanding Performance Award” of the 2014 Hong Kong Retail Management Association Service & Courtesy Award.
There were a total of 720 contestants from 128 brands joining this keen competition. Our three colleagues stood out from the crowd after all rounds of judging including mystery shoppers’ assessment, group and individual interview. They were ranked as the top 10% participants of the “Junior Frontline” and “Supervisory” category respectively and finally got the “Outstanding Performance Award” which is definitely a recognition to our professional colleagues and teams!
